This is a photograph of a pair of Tawny Frogmouths. As these birds have the unique ability to blend in with their surrounding area, they can be difficult to see. This photograph was taken on slide film, and scanned to a digital image. These beautiful birds were photographed at the Stirling Ranges in Western Australia.

Hello all, and thankyou for visiting my little area on the wide world web. I have lived in the south west corner of Australia all my life. My love of photography started over 30 years ago. I gave up smoking cigarettes, and started photographing. Did not save any money, but now live a lot healthier life style.
